The Dams owner agrees to this contract as follows.
1. Owner of dam will pay all monies up front in person in the form of cash, unless otherwise discussed between Empire State Bulldogs and the dams owner. If paying in person is not suitable due to distance between us then payment must be made in the form of a U.S. postal money order before any services are performed.
2. Owner of dam uderstands that their dog will be delivered to Empire State Bulldogs with an adequate amount of food, a kennel and anything necessary for that said dam to stay for the discussed period of time.
3. Empire State Bulldogs will perform 5 AI'S through-out the dams stay. Typically on the 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th and 15th day of the heat cycle.
4. On the rare occasion that the dam does not take and does not become pregnant the dams owner will have to provide Empire State Bulldogs with an x-ray of said female on or around what would be the 57th day of pregnancy, also a statement from said dams veterinarian. With that being said if the x-ray confirms that said dam did not become pregnant, Empire State Bulldogs will perform a repeat process at the time that said dam goes into their next heat cycle. There will be no refunds in the form of cash. This repeat process will be performed ONLY 1 TIME with the 5 AI's as done previously.
5. Stud Fee's are as follows. housing and the use of our male is $500, Each AI performed will be at the cost of $125 dollars per AI. Typically I like to perform 5 AI'S to try and guarantee a pregnancy. If the dams owner request less AI'S the minimum amount we require is 3 AI'S.
6. Here at Empire State Bulldogs we guarantee a litter, If that litter Produces less than 2 puppys, Empire State Bulldogs will perform a repeat breeding at the next heat cycle at no extra cost. You the dams owner must provide Empire State Bulldogs with paperwork from your vet proving that the litter is 2 or less, if this is not done by you within one week of puppys birth then this will be void and no repeat breeding will take place.
7. If anyone is interested in using our stud and are to far away to make the drive, we will have our vet collect and chill semen for you at your expense. Semen will be collected, chilled and shipped directly to your vet at your expense. This will include but not limited to 3 semen collections chilled and shipped to you and additional semen can be shipped at $125 dollars per vial.
8. Dams owner agrees to read print and sign this contract and return it to Empire State Bulldogs with cash or a U.S. postal money order at the time of service.
This is a legal binding contract signed by both parties.
